Vicky Wilkens – Chief Marketing Officer, ON Partners University of Michigan
Vicky Wilkens is the Chief Marketing Officer of ON Partners. She first joined the company in 2019. ON Partners propels an organization’s mission by building C-level and board leadership teams. Founded in 2006 by like-minded consultants, ON delivers a better executive search experience by bringing values-based leadership to retained executive search. Their business model empowers and incentivizes their consultants to be collaborative, transparent and accessible.
Wilkens first got her start in 2004 as a marketing coordinator for Turner Broadcasting System before moving on to become a marketing manager with Time Inc. She spent several years as a brand manager with ACTIVE Network and Mizuno USA. Her most recent position prior to joining ON Partners was as the VP of global consumer and brand marketing with The Weather Channel. Wilkens earned a B.A. in English and Communications Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she was an NCAA Scholarship Athlete, Big Ten Athletic Academic Recipient, and Four Year Women’s Soccer Starter.
