Jeff Hocking
About Jeff
Jeff Hocking is a partner at ON Partners, where he leads C-suite and board searches across the technology sector, drawing on deep expertise built over decades at the world's leading search and advisory firms.
Before joining ON Partners, he led the North American technology practice at Korn Ferry and served as a member of the firm's board and CEO practice. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Executive Recruiting at Internet Capital Group and as a Manager with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
He holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University. He has served as Past President of the Board of Directors for Enterprise for High School Students, a nonprofit dedicated to helping young people develop job search skills and find employment.
He is based in San Francisco with his wife Jeanie and their three children, Andrew, Annie, and Charlie. Outside of work, he is an avid long-distance cyclist and amateur winemaker.
