About Shawn

Shawn co-founded ON Partners, leading executive search strategy in the semiconductor and photonics sectors with over 250 successful placements across his 25-plus-year career.

He previously served as Managing Partner at CTPartners, becoming the youngest Managing Partner in the firm's 30-year history and earning multiple awards for client satisfaction during his nine-year tenure.

He holds a BA from Kent State University and lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife and children.
