Vicky Wilkens

Named to Alumni Spotlight’s Top 100 Marketing Executives of 2022, Vicky has over 15 years of brand, digital & marketing experience for leading Fortune 500 brands to high-growth organizations across technology, consumer, sports, and media sectors. Since her arrival at ON in 2019, Vicky has helped the firm average 89% growth over the last three years.

Prior to joining ON Partners, Vicky consulted on brand and go-to-market strategy for Under Armour Global Women’s Train Category. At IBM and The Weather Channel, Vicky was VP of Global Consumer and Brand Marketing, leading brand strategy and growing user acquisition and awareness of digital and emerging technology products into new global markets, resulting in the world’s most downloaded weather app.

As Running Brand Manager at Mizuno, Vicky increased sales YoY through the launch of a national advocacy, digital brand campaign resulting in five North American Effie Awards including “Most Effective Advertiser”.

Vicky led the brand building and consumer marketing strategy at Active, a high-growth, sports tech company that went from a startup to IPO to $1 billion private equity sale.

Early in her career, Vicky learned marketing strategy in roles at Turner Sports and Time, Inc.

Vicky earned a B.A. in English and Communications Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she was an NCAA Scholarship Athlete, Big Ten Athletic Academic Recipient, and Four Year Women’s Soccer Starter.
