Josh Nathanson
About Josh
Josh Nathanson is a partner and co-founder of ON Partners, where he leads C-suite, senior executive, and board searches for companies across semiconductors, capital equipment, retail, food & beverage, aerospace & defense, and energy. His clients have included Advance Auto Parts, Advanced Energy, Bloomin' Brands, Knowles, Starboard Value, and Steel Partners.
Before co-founding ON Partners in 2006, Josh was a principal at Christian & Timbers, one of the country's preeminent executive search firms. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at one of Cleveland's largest firms, an experience that sharpened the analytical and advisory instincts he brings to every search engagement.
Josh holds a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a BA in History from Emory University.
He lives in the Cleveland area with his three children. Outside of work, Josh is an avid golfer, a drummer, and has built a serious sports memorabilia collection with a focus on sports cards.
