Tim Conti
About Tim
Tim co-founded ON Partners in 2006 and has spent more than 20 years in retained executive search, helping organizations identify and secure transformative leadership talent. He served as Managing Partner for eight years and continues to play an active leadership role today as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Before transitioning to executive search, Tim practiced intellectual property litigation at one of Chicago's largest law firms, bringing a rigorous, detail-oriented approach that continues to inform his work in search.
Tim holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a JD from Loyola University Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Tim and his wife, Amy, have three children.
