ON Partners ranked in America’s Top 49 Retained Executive Search Firms List

ON Partners, the leading pure-play retained executive search firm has been ranked 12th on the C-Suite CV Secure 2023 ranking of America’s Top 49 Retained Executive Search firms. This is the third consecutive year ON Partners has been ranked on the list.

C-Suite CV Secure, a New York-headquartered resume-sharing and tracking technology company, reaches out to thousands of senior executives every year – both candidates and clients to gather feedback about their experience with search firms across the US and Europe. In 2022, the public survey ran in October and forms an integral part of the overall ranking process. With over 7,800 respondents from over 54 industries and sectors, both candidates and clients provide valuable insights into their view of the market.

Earlier in the year, the firm announced a 115% three-year revenue growth rate and has built out its executive leadership team to continue its expansion into growth markets, including the appointment of partners Matt Mooney and Tim Conti as co-presidents and the addition of Jin Ro, as chief product officer.

The firm published recently its 2023 Talent Intelligence Report.  The report is designed to guide leaders through the intricate complexities of executive hiring with confidence and clarity to make actionable, real-time decisions.  As non-conformists in executive search, ON disrupts common narratives with data insights and research that offer a fresh, unbiased perspective.

Overall, the report covers the areas of executive hiring diversity, compensation, and additional market trends. ON Partners discovered through its research that diverse executive compensation in public companies has outpaced non-diverse executive total compensation over the last three years.  Data also showed a distinct contrast between private equity and venture capital-backed organizations in diverse executive hiring and compensation.
