2022 Sustainability Executive Talent Report
ON Partners released its 2022 Sustainability Executive Talent Report, showcasing its executive search work with leading companies in sustainability, energy, cleantech, renewables, and ESG.
After a year of record growth, the firm also highlighted and celebrated a selection of organizations and executives. They partnered with this selection throughout the year.
“The year 2022 represented a major period of expansion and growth for ON Partners, with demand for C-level and board executives across several sectors including health & wellness, consumer, sustainability and clean tech, and private equity,” noted Matt Mooney, co-president of ON Partners. “The executive shifts we’re making illustrate our commitment to building the most innovative and disruptive pure-play retained executive search firm in the industry.”
This year alone, ON placed more than 400 executives in leadership roles. Of those placements, 97% remained in their positions for over two years. Additionally, 80% of clients have partnered with ON for multiple searches, and 41% of completed searches resulted in diverse executive appointments. Furthermore, ON Partners has been named multiple times to the Cleantech & ESG Top 25 list by research firm, Hunt Scanlon.
As non-conformists focused on taking an untraditional approach to executive search, ON consultants continue to place C-level, board, and senior executives across multiple industries and functions driving sustainability initiatives. Recent placements include C-level appointments for companies including onsemi, Blue River Technologies, Honeywell, Baker Hughes, Noveon Magnetics, Voltyx, Rothy’s, PDC Machines, and more.
