Ido Dolev Named Onto Innovation’s Executive Vice President, Product Solutions Group
Onto Innovation Inc. (NYSE: ONTO) appoints Ido Dolev as the new Executive Vice President, Product Solutions Group.
Ido Dolev is the new Executive Vice President, Product Solutions Group for Onto Innovation, responsible for all of Onto’s product solutions, including inspection, metrology, lithography, and software. Before joining Onto Innovation, Dr. Dolev spent seven years at KLA Corporation serving as the Senior Director, Engineering, Head of the Measurement Technologies Group within the overlay business unit, and most recently as Vice President and General Manager, Optical Metrology Division for four years. Prior to KLA, Dr. Dolev worked at Applied Materials for 11 years in a multitude of senior-level positions.
Dr. Dolev holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics, a Master of Science in Physics, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
