49% of Executive Search Assignments in September Resulted in Diverse Leadership Placements; Diverse Slate of Candidates Key to Every ON Search

Virtually half of our executive placements in September – 49% – were diverse talent, and so far this year, 40% of all search assignments ON has undertaken have resulted in diverse executive placements. We have placed more than 200 diverse executives in leadership positions in the last few years.

Unlike other executive search firms that have created “diversity practices,” every search ON conducts on behalf of its clients is a diverse search, with diverse talent making up a significant percentage of the candidate slate considered for every senior executive role.

Over the last several years, we have worked with the ON community to focus not only on increasing the number of diverse candidates who are considered for executive leadership and board positions, but we have also worked to educate our community about how to build diverse leadership teams.
