Who ON Partners joins the 2023 Best Places to Work list published by the Atlanta Business Chronicle
ON Partners, a pure-play retained executive search firm specializing in building diverse C-level and board leadership teams, proudly announced its inclusion on the 2023 Best Places to Work list by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This recognition celebrates organizations where employees’ voices are valued, cultures flourish, and teams remain deeply engaged, as measured directly by employee feedback.
The annual list of the Best Places to Work is created by Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with Quantum Workplaces. The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees, known as employee engagement.
