With a career spanning more than 15 years of managing operations in complex manufacturing environments, Jeremy brings a wealth of expertise and a proven record of leadership and innovation.
In this role, Jeremy will oversee all aspects of operations and supply chain, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. His focus will be on operational strategy, driving continuous improvement, and integrating new acquisitions as Webster Industries continues its impressive growth trajectory. Jeremy will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety across the company.
Jeremy’s career achievements in a similar role include driving revenue growth from $6.5 million to $80 million in under eight years. He has extensive experience in streamlining operations, launching new products, and integrating acquired companies, showcasing a unique ability to transform challenges into opportunities. His leadership in implementing lean manufacturing principles, ERP systems, and quality management systems has consistently resulted in enhanced efficiencies, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
In addition to a strong technical foundation, Jeremy is known for his exceptional communication skills, strategic vision, and ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
