Proven expert in customer engagement and success, Nicole steps into a newly created role focused on delivering meaningful outcomes through collaborative, long-term partnerships with institutions. She will oversee TimelyCare’s onboarding, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution, alignment with institutional goals, and sustained impact.
Before joining TimelyCare, Nicole served as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations at Field Nation, a leading on-site IT talent platform.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Minnesota School of Business.
