COMMERCEHUB ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MARK GREENQUIST AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

CommerceHub, a leading provider of virtual inventory and marketing solutions for retailers and brands, announced today the appointment of Mark Greenquist as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 16, 2016. Greenquist, a seasoned financial and operations executive with more than 35 years of experience, will report to CommerceHub President and CEO Frank Poore and be responsible for all financial operations and reporting at the company. Greenquist succeeds CFO Bob Marro, who will remain with the company as an advisor.
