Helen Davis – Arrowstream

ArrowStream, the market-leading supply chain intelligence solution for the foodservice industry and acquired by Tailwind Capital in 2020, recently appointed Helen Davis to the Board of Directors.

Davis is a leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive digital transformation in the global supply chain market. Currently she is serving as the Head of Supply Chain BPC & HC at Unilever, a consumer goods company known for great brands, a global footprint and their belief in doing business the right way.

Tammy Wolfe – CTI Towers

CTI Towers, Inc., a leading owner and manager of wireless towers, recently announced that it has appointed Tammy Wolfe as its Chief Financial Officer.

CTI Towers is one of the largest private tower companies in the US, and has been a portfolio company of Melody Investment Advisors LP, an alternative asset manager focused on telecommunications infrastructure investments, since 2020.

Monica Nicolau – Unison Software

Unison Software, a secure cloud and on-premise software, marketplace, and information products support company, recently appointed Monica Nicolau as Chief Technology Officer.

Nicolau is an accomplished senior technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in building scalable enterprise software products across multiple industries. She is results-oriented, customer-focused, and has a bias for innovation.

Allison Sutera – 365 Retail Markets

365 Retail Markets (“365”), the leading global provider of self-service commerce technology to the foodservice industry, recently appointed Allison Sutera as Chief Growth Officer. Sutera is responsible for creating and delivering growth strategies and implementation plans across the 365 portfolio.

Ella Dillon – Conversica

Conversica, Inc., a leader in Conversational AI solutions for enterprise revenue teams that help organizations attract, acquire and grow customers at scale, recently announced the appointment of new C-Suite executive Ella Dillon as Chief Customer Officer.

Dillon brings her 20 plus years of expertise in customer experience design to accelerate loyalty-driven retention and expansion for fast growing pre-IPO Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies.

Madhu Venkatesh – Kapwing

Kapwing, a creative software company that enables digital storytelling, recently appointed Madhu Venkatesh as Vice President, Engineering.

Venkatesh is an experience senior leader who is able to combine business knowledge and technical skills to identify and deliver value. Madhu joins Kapwing after decades of leading and growing engineering teams. She most recently led video engineering at Udemy and saw the need for great multimedia creation tools for educator as the Head of Learn and Media Engineering and Head of Platform Engineering.

Carolina Rodriguez – Incident IQ

Incident IQ, the workflow management platform built for K-12, recently announced that Carolina Rodríguez has joined the company’s leadership team as Vice President of Product.

Prior to joining Incident IQ, Ms. Rodríguez served as the Director of Product Strategy at Stibo Systems, a leading global multi-domain Master Data Management platform.

Kelly Lavin – Niche

Niche, a company that developed a platform of rankings on schools, colleges and places to live, appointed Kelly Lavin as the its first chief people officer.

Lavin will craft the company’s future strategies and processes relating to talent acquisition and retention as well as leadership development and performance management, among other tasks.
