Meridian Cooperative Welcomes Heath Glass as New Chief Technology Officer
Meridian Cooperative, trusted leader in the development of innovative utility software and technology solutions, has named Heath Glass, previously the Senior Director of Software Engineering for Mueller Water Products, as Chief Technology Officer.
A highly skilled development executive, Heath has been delivering high-quality software for more than 20 years, while demonstrating innovative thought leadership and experience with multiple technology stacks. His deep understanding of product management has allowed him to build strong bridges between technical and business teams.

For the past four years, Heath has served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering for Mueller Water Products, actively leading software development, architecture, DevOps, and production operations for a large-scale cloud-based application hosting over 1 million endpoints. Under his leadership, his team successfully built and deployed the world’s first integrated IoT water intelligence platform within an agile development culture.
Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Troy University. His passion for technology started at an early age when he purchased his first computer, which included a manual on programming TI-BASIC, in 1981.
