beBright, a leading healthcare provider specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, named Laura Trancheff as Chief People Officer.
Based in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, Trancheff brings over a decade of experience in strategic human resource roles, driving transformative growth and scalability in high-performance organizations.
Most recently, Trancheff served as Senior Director of Strategic Human Resources at Restaurant Technologies from September 2021 until April 2024. Here, she was a key player in developing transformative people strategies to prepare the business for scaling and significant growth. Her efforts supported a private equity-backed company, spanning 41 locations across the USA, and she led major initiatives in organizational design and development for multiple business functions.
Before that, Trancheff was the Senior Vice President of Global People & Culture at Kognitiv Corporation, where she held a pivotal role from June 2020 to September 2021. During his tenure, she oversaw the HR function globally across 15 countries, focusing on M&A strategies and spearheading organizational transformation initiatives during the high-growth merger period with Aimia.
Additionally, Trancheff was the Global Director of Human Resources at Aimia Inc., providing strategic leadership in HR across 11 countries and driving global strategies for organizational change, talent management, and executive planning from March 2019 to June 2020.
In her early career, Trancheff was heavily involved in strategic HR planning and leadership at various organizations. Her roles included acting as a Strategic HR Business Partner for the Americas, where she aligned HR initiatives with business objectives on a global scale, and as Project Specialist at Fairview Health Services, where she led significant operational projects and changes.
