Jennifer has been with ON Partners since its inception. As liaison between candidates and clients, Jennifer works behind the scenes to coordinate everything from interviews to travel, ensuring a seamless process for everyone involved. Meeting new people, and wearing many hats keeps Jennifer satisfied with her work.

When not at the office, Jennifer and her husband, John, are involved in their community, and juggling the sports schedules of their four children.
