Steve Greanias Named New Chief Customer Officer at Veryon
Veryon, a leading provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, appointed Steve Greanias as Chief Customer Officer.
In this role, Steve will lead all customer-facing functions, driving initiatives that deliver exceptional service, accelerate value, and foster long-term client loyalty across the aviation software lifecycle.
Steve brings more than two decades of experience scaling customer success and post-sales operations in high-growth SaaS environments. He has held senior leadership positions at companies including Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands) and GoHealth Insurance, where he built and led high-performing teams focused on customer experience, retention, and satisfaction.
At Veryon, Steve oversees Customer Success, Onboarding, Quality Assurance, Diagnostic Services, Technical Publications, and Support Operations. His focus is on creating a seamless and proactive customer journey—ensuring each team is aligned to deliver measurable outcomes and mission-critical performance.
Known for his operational excellence, data-driven approach, and collaborative leadership style, Steve is passionate about building empowered teams that combine empathy with accountability to drive customer success.
As Veryon continues to grow its presence in aviation maintenance and operations, Steve will lead the charge in scaling customer-first strategies that enhance uptime, ensure compliance, and support clients in achieving their most critical objectives.
