CLEVELAND, OH – September 24, 2018 – ON Partners, the results-driven retained executive search firm, today announced it has appointed Todd Wyles as partner. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Wyles brings to ON Partners a wealth of experience in retained executive search and will join the firm’s team of consultants, focused on the private equity (PE) sector.
Wyles has over two decades of experience in human capital advisory, management consulting, financial services and related professional services. He brings an almost singular focus working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining ON Partners, Wyles was a partner in the private equity practice at retained executive search firm Morgan Samuels. He also held several senior roles at Allegis Group, one of the largest staffing and human capital consulting firms in the world. Previously, he led the private equity practice for Profit Recovery Partners LLC, a boutique operational consulting firm. Wyles started his career in banking at the equipment finance arm of Citizens Bank.
Throughout his career, Wyles has presented and published on a range of business topics, including expense management in private equity and how large organizations can more efficiently develop learning systems to drive productivity. He holds a BS in Finance from Boston College.
