Unison Software Appoints Monica Nicolau as Chief Technology Officer

Unison Software, a secure cloud and on-premise software, marketplace, and information products support company, recently appointed Monica Nicolau as Chief Technology Officer.
Nicolau is an accomplished senior technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in building scalable enterprise software products across multiple industries. She is results-oriented, customer-focused, and has a bias for innovation.

Prior to Unison, Nicolau held various positions in the hospitality and education industries including as CTO at Sylvan Learning where she led their successful digital transformation.

Nicolau holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, specialization in Software Engineering, from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland University College.
