Kurt Preston Named Vice President of Sourcing for Sonos
Sonos, a sound experience company connecting millions of listeners all around the world, recently appointed Kurt Preston as the Vice President of Sourcing.
Preston is a high-performing international procurement and operations professional with over 20 years of continuous global experience with industry-leading companies GE, Compaq, Dell, and Apple. Most recently, Preston served as Director of Operations for Beats Audio and Apple Accessories, developing and integrating Apple and Beats Audio Operations for a $2B revenue business needing organizational scale to effectively and efficiently support global growth. Prior to Apple, Preston managed a team of commodity managers in the strategic and operational management of hard drives for Enterprise, Portable, and Client consumer products as Director, Hard Disk Drives, Global Procurement for Dell.
Preston earned his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
