Samsara Hires VP, Global Technical Support
Samsara, a leader in Industrial IoT, has appointed Drago Kassabov to Vice President, Global Technical Support.
Kassabov joins Samsara from Amazon Robotics (AR), a business division within Amazon, where he most recently served as Head of Global Technical Operations. Prior to AR, he was Head of Worldwide Global Support at Acquia, a company founded by Drupal creator Dries Buytaert to provide commercial support, services, and PaaS/SaaS solutions for the open-source software (OSS) and web content management framework. Kassabov also led customer support leadership roles at Reach Analytics (acquired by Data Decisions Group) and The Endurance International Group.
Kassabov holds a BS in Computer Science from Clark University and a BA in Business Administration from Plovdiv University.
