PriorAuthNow appoints a new Chief Operating Officer and new Head of Payer Business Unit
PriorAuthNow, the leading platform for connecting the healthcare landscape using automated prior authorization solutions, has appointed Jen Wooster to Chief Operating Officer, and John Clapham to Head of Payer Business Unit.
Jen Wooster brings a strong track record of driving operational performance across diverse business units and multiple geographic markets to PriorAuthNow. Prior to joining the PriorAuthNow team, she was COO at Share Mobility, which helps professional transportation operators use mobility-as-a-service to reach new customers, automate dispatching, and increase fleet efficiency. She was also COO at Parking Solutions, Inc. (PSI), an organization that provides the best parking management services through a one-a-kind customer experience. Earlier in her career, she held operating roles at Abbott Nutrition, Nexeo Solutions, and DHL Supply Chain. She holds her BSBA in Transporation and Logistics and her MBA in Strategy at The Ohio State University.
John Clapham, a seasoned leader in strategic planning and sales strategy, was previously head of commercial partnerships at HelpAround, an organization that helps specialty pharma brands augment existing patient access, activation, and adherence programs with multi-modal mobile navigation. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Shaffer Entertainment, responsible for scaling all business operations to enable continued growth throughout all Shaffer branches. He spent six years at CoverMyMeds, where he was most recently Vice President of Operations, accountable for long-term strategic planning and execution for a software/healthcare company specializing in prior authorization solutions. Clapham holds his Bachelors of Science In Education, Sports Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
