Logitech names Ehrika Gladden Head of Global Video Collaboration, Sales and Marketing
February 6, 2020 — Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI), a multi-brand company designing products that bring people together through music, gaming, video, and computing, appointed Ehrika Gladden Head of Global Video Collaboration, Sales and Marketing.
Ehrika comes to Logitech with over two decades of experience leading global businesses and go-to-market organizations.
Most recently, she was the head of Cisco Refresh, a multi-million dollar line of business for Cisco Capital Corporation. In her role, she led a global organization for a $250 million-dollar business unit managing the delivery of the P&L for Sales, Marketing, Channels, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Prior to that she led Market Strategy in the Enterprise Networking Business Unit at Cisco. Ehrika also led Cisco’s Americas cloud consumption start-up to a $3.2 billion value creating a new revenue stream for the company. Ehrika started her career in the voice telephony industry leading P&L’s for start up companies that became AT&T, Lucent, and Avaya spin-ins.
Ehrika has been nationally recognized for her inclusive leadership development initiatives and practices. She built a program for diverse talent attraction, retention, and promotion, which has resulted in three times the promotion rate for program participants.
