Madhu Venkatesh Joins Kapwing as Vice President of Engineering
Kapwing, a creative software company that enables digital storytelling, recently appointed Madhu Venkatesh as Vice President, Engineering.
Venkatesh is an experience senior leader who is able to combine business knowledge and technical skills to identify and deliver value. Madhu joins Kapwing after decades of leading and growing engineering teams. She most recently led video engineering at Udemy and saw the need for great multimedia creation tools for educator as the Head of Learn and Media Engineering and Head of Platform Engineering. Prior to Udemy, Venkatesh wsa the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Workday.

Venkatesh holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Master of Computer Applications from Delhi University.
