Hanna Instruments USA, Inc. Welcomes Darcy Simonis as President
January, 2020 – Hanna Instruments USA, Inc. (Hanna USA) is excited to welcome Darcy Simonis as President. She joins Hanna USA with 20+ years of industry knowledge and expertise.
In her new role, Simonis will lead the business operations for Hanna USA. She will focus on continuing to drive the company’s growth and identify new opportunities in the U.S. marketplace for Hanna’s scientific analytical instruments.
Prior to Hanna USA, Simonis was the Group Vice President for the Food and Beverage segment at ABB. During her time there, she led the global strategy and customer growth for a $1.3B business across cross-divisional networks. Simonis also worked for Pentair for many years as the Senior Sales Director for the Food, Beverage, and Industrial segments.
When asked about her new position at Hanna USA, Simonis states, “I’m very excited to be working for an innovative family-owned company with such a “customer first” mindset. It’s truly inspiring to see such passion and dedication among the team. I’m looking forward to driving growth and building on the strong reputation that Hanna has built over the past 40+ years.”
