Epicor Appoints Chief Accounting Officer
Epicor Software Corporation Names Greg Dunn Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Head of Corporate Development
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth and owned by global investment firm KKR, appointed Greg Dunn to VP, Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Corporate Development.
In his new role, Dunn is responsible for all global accounting, technical accounting, revenue operations, treasury, tax and facilities teams comprising 100+ global employees. He will also lead corporate development activity for the business including developing strategy for, sourcing of, and diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures in the business.
Dunn joins Epicor from Adobe’s $4.75B acquisition of Marketo where he served as their VP, Corporate Controller and helped lead one of the largest SaaS M&A deals in history. Prior to Marketo, Greg held senior finance and accounting roles at MaritzCX, Fiat Chrysler and General Electric.
