CINC Systems Appoints Peter Yang to Chief Technology Officer

CINC Systems, the largest provider of SaaS solutions for the community association industry, has appointed Peter Yang to Chief Technology Officer.  Yang’s appointment supersedes CINC’s announcement that it has recently received a growth investment from Spectrum Equity, bolstered its executive team with the appointment of Ryan Davis to Chief Executive Officer and launched an investment fund to support its customers’ growth.

ON Partners consultants Matt Mooney and Andy Hickman are proud to have collaborated with CINC Systems on both recent executive appointments of Ryan Davis and Peter Yang.

Yang is a seasoned technologist from the Integrated Risk Management, InsurTech, and FinTech sectors. He joins CINC Systems from Ventiv Technology, where he fulfilled the role of CTO, CIO and Chief Architect.  He’s a former technology executive of FIS™ and Marsh.  Yang earned his B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Hearing Science from Vanderbilt University.

The investment from Spectrum Equity, a leading growth equity firm investing in internet-enabled software and information services companies, will support CINC Systems’ product innovation and expand its sales and marketing efforts. Spectrum is CINC’s first institutional investor.

CINC Systems serves approximately 16,000 of the estimated 350,000 HOAs in the U.S. CINC-served communities total nearly 2 million homes. About 25% of the American population lives in a community association and more than 60% of new housing built for sale is within associations.
