Christopher McLaughlin-Brooks Appointed as Chief Information Officer at Arise Virtual Solutions

Arise Virtual Solutions, a customer management technology and business process outsourcing company, has appointed Christopher McLaughlin-Brooks as Chief Information Officer.

McLaughlin-Brooks is a 30-year veteran of the technology and retail services sector and brings a strong track record to Arise. Prior to joining Arise Virtual Solutions, McLaughlin-Brooks served as the Chief Information Officer at TaskUs, a digital outsourcing company. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Yapstone, McLaughlin-Brooks was responsible for the re-architecture of production infrastructure, active directory implementation, ERP upgrades, data center expansion, backup, and recovery architecture. He has held senior IT leadership roles at SAP, Business Objects, and Yahoo.
