Adam Fleming named new Anju Chief Financial Officer
Anju Software Inc., has appointed Adam Fleming as Chief Financial Officer.
As Chief Financial Officer, Adam oversees the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, HR, and administrative functions for Anju Software. Recently, Adam joined Anju from Marlin Equity Partners. While there, he served as a Finance Director responsible for the execution of the strategies and value creation activities. Correspondingly, Adam focused on financial oversight, financial due diligence, post-deal implementation, and performance improvement. Alongside this, he focused on exit activities as an advisor, a board observer, and an interim executive within the portfolio.
He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his over 15 years of experience in the software and technology industries, he has held other senior leadership positions at 1010data and Ghostery. In addition, Mr. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also holds a Master’s of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
