Andrew Reback Named Vice President, Head of Product + Design at Acquire
Acquire, a leading conversational customer experience (CX) platform, recently named Andrew Reback as Vice President, Head Product + Design.
Reback joins Acquire from Lyft where he served as the Director of Safety & Support. There he led the product management and cross functional team responsible for driver and rider in-app help experience, global support associates, and end-to-end support. Prior to that, Reback held product management leadership positions for Zendesk and Facebook.
Reback earned a BS, Human Factors of Engineering, Product Design from Tufts University and a MBA, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
