365 Retail Markets Appoints Allison Sutera as Chief Growth Officer

365 Retail Markets (“365”), the leading global provider of self-service commerce technology to the foodservice industry, recently appointed Allison Sutera as Chief Growth Officer. Sutera is responsible for creating and delivering growth strategies and implementation plans across the 365 portfolio.

Sutera is a global business leader with almost 20 years of consumer product, foodservice, and hospitality experience. She has an impressive track record of delivering results through leadership and critical thinking during her time at PepsiCo, Kellogg’s, and most recently, Aramark. Previously at Aramark, Sutera served as the Regional Vice President of Business Dining Hospitality where she was responsible for driving new business, contract negotiations, joint business planning, omnichannel strategy, and M&A target scoping. Prior to that, her roles included Chief of Staff, Head of Global Strategic Initiatives, and Regional Vice President of Sports and Entertainment. She also served as the Chair for EMPOWER, Aramark’s Employee Resource Group for women.
Allison has a B.A. in International Business from the University of Kansas and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.  She is a founding board member of a woman-owned business and food start-up in Minneapolis, Humble Nut Butter.
