CLEVELAND, OH – June 4, 2019 – ON Partners, a retained executive search firm serving the C-suite, senior executives and boards, today announced a partnership with Stephen Mader, who will serve the firm as strategic partner, board services development. Mader, whose notable career includes a decade as North America board services practice leader at Korn Ferry, will facilitate ON’s growing board services practice alongside firm co-founder and practice leader Shawn Oglesbee, who has helmed the practice since the firm’s founding.

Mader brings nearly 30 years of experience and has led over 400 board projects for clients ranging from entrepreneurial development companies to the Fortune 100. He will work closely with Oglesbee, who has led hundreds of successful searches, including more than 30 CEO and board director projects. Together, they will lead the growth and development of the board services practice, including building on the firm’s CEO search work to expand the practice.

Mader served for ten years as vice chairman of Korn Ferry’s board and CEO practice and was previously CEO of executive search firm CTPartners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
