Senior VPs Jennifer Gause and Adam Rochkind Join to fuel SOCi’s evolution
SOCi Inc., the leading CoMarketing Cloud Platform for multi-location enterprises, announced additions to its leadership team which will help the company deliver a game-changing, AI-powered marketing platform to enterprises around the world. Jennifer Gause joins as SOCi’s new SVP of Revenue Operations, while Adam Rochkind joins as its new SVP of Customer Success.
Gause brings unique industry expertise to SOCi through her previous role as the VP of Business Operations at Upland Software. Gause will help to revitalize SOCi’s operational standards to be focused on global enterprise prospects while demonstrating the platform’s value across the entire customer journey.

At SOCi, Rockhind will dive deep into understanding customer journeys and ensure that as the company grows and innovates with solutions like SOCi Genius, customers always feel valued and heard.
