International Executive, Sophie Gelsthorpe, Joins Sitecore Digital Experience Software Leader as Chief Human Resources Officer to Drive Transformation and Support Customer Value Creation

Sitecore® a global leader in digital experience software, announced the appointment of Sophie Gelsthorpe as Chief Human Resources Officer.

She brings two decades of experience leading people and culture teams within technology organizations. Previously Gelsthorpe advanced human resources functions for OpenTable and KAYAK, Trustwave, and other high-growth businesses. At Sitecore, she will galvanize people and culture strategies to support the company’s strategic objectives and values.

Gelsthorpe earned an MA in Human Resource Management from the Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA in American Studies from the University of Manchester. She is based in London and will lead Sitecore’s human resources team members across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific and Japan.
