Eric Steele is an accomplished B2B revenue leader, recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Source Advisors, a premier, global tax consulting firm partnering with CPAs and CFOs to maximize government-sponsored tax credits, deductions, and incentives to unlock cash flow and drive growth. As the company’s first CRO, Eric led the sales, marketing, and client success organizations, steering the firm toward significant growth while establishing transformational change. His vision and leadership were key in cultivating an aligned revenue engine, setting Source Advisors apart in a competitive landscape.
Before his time at Source Advisors, Eric dedicated nearly 15 years to Forrester, a leading global marketing and technology research and advisory firm. At Forrester, he ascended through various sales positions, ultimately leading the U.S. end-user new business organization. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the “Benjamin Villien Award,” a tribute to integrity, client-centric focus, passion, and exemplary people leadership.
