Shake Shack Names Peter Herpich as SVP, Corporate Controller
Shake Shack Inc. (NYSE: SHAK) recently appointed Peter Herpich as SVP, Corporate Controller.
Herpich has over two decades of experience in the consumer industry, strengthening accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. He joins Shake Shack from Caspar where he served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to that, he served in various finance positions for Barnes & Noble, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.
Herpich earned his BS, Accounting from New York Institute of Technology.
