Recognition Of Diverse Leaders And Organizations

Nov 3, 2021

Celebrating new appointments of diverse leaders and organizations in the third quarter of 2021

As a values-driven executive search firm, we believe a better experience starts with a more diverse experience. We understand our unique position of influence as executive search consultants, and our responsibility to help increase the number of diverse executives in business in collaboration with our ON community of leaders.

And while every ON search assignment is a diverse search assignment, 39% of completed assignments so far this year have been diverse leadership placements.

As part of ON’s commitment to building more diverse organizations, we’ve also created the “DEI in the ON community” video series, tapping into our community of leaders and executive influencers to understand and share what actions they are taking, where the challenges are, and how they have progressed in their DEI journey. Learn progressive insights from participating industry leaders at Papa John’s, the NBA, Zwift, and Epicor Software here.
