Mike Ritzenthaler Named Chief Financial Officer at Polar Semiconductor
Polar Semiconductor, a company jointly-owned by Allegro and Sanken Electric Co., Ltd. and one of Allegro’s primary suppliers of 200-millimeter wafers, appointed Mike Ritzenthaler as Chief Financial Officer.
With a robust background in capital markets, particularly in equity research and capital acquisition for emerging companies in the industrial and chemical sectors, Ritzenthaler joins Polar Semiconductor after his tenure at Ecolab. At Ecolab, he held several finance roles, culminating in his position as Vice President of Finance for Global Business Intelligence.
Ritzenthaler holds a BS, Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and MBA, Finance and Strategic Management from University of Minnesota.
