Liz Pastor Named New Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at PlayOn! Sports
PlayOn! Sports, the nation’s leading high school media and technology company, recently appointed Liz Pastor as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience.
Liz joins PlayOn! Sports with a decorated background in product management, user experience, marketing, and support. Most recently, she served as the Vice President, Product Support & Services at Hopin, leading the company’s event services, product support, and customer education teams to deliver a better experience for Hopin customers. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President, Customer Team at MailChimp where she developed and led the customer-centric strategies including technical support, billing, compliance, support operations, customer education and success, and inside sales. Additionally, she has held product leadership roles at Allconnect and Career Builder.
Liz earned her MBA, Entrepreneurship from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and her BS, Marketing from Arizona State University.
