March 8, 2022 – International Women’s Day is a day to celebrate the achievements of female leaders across the world. As a values-driven executive search firm, ON Partners believes a better experience starts with a more diverse experience. We understand that our role in placing female senior executives and board members is an important driver of organizational change.

Today, we’d like to recognize and celebrate a few of the women leaders in the ON community that have made great strides and big changes this past year in high-level, executive roles for leading organizations. And, we wish all the female leaders across our community and the world who are forging change and increasing visibility a very happy International Women’s Day.

Helen Davis – Arrowstream

ArrowStream, the market-leading supply chain intelligence solution for the foodservice industry, recently appointed Helen Davis to the Board of Directors.

Davis is a leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive digital transformation in the global supply chain market. Currently she is serving as the Head of Supply Chain BPC & HC at Unilever, a consumer goods company known for great brands, a global footprint and their belief in doing business the right way.

Jennifer Fitzgerald – Cinch Home Services

Cinch Home Services, the nation’s leading provider of home service solutions, recently appointed Jennifer Fitzgerald to the Cinch Home Services Advisory Board.

Jennifer Fitzgerald is the CEO and co-founder of Policygenius, the one-stop platform where customers can compare options from top insurance carriers, get unbiased expert advice, buy policies, and manage their insurance portfolio, in one seamless, integrated experience.

Allison Sutera – 365 Retail Markets

365 Retail Markets (“365”), the leading global provider of self-service commerce technology to the foodservice industry, recently appointed Allison Sutera as Chief Growth Officer. Sutera is responsible for creating and delivering growth strategies and implementation plans across the 365 portfolio.

Debra Von Kutzleben – Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the fast-growing national franchise brand known for its better-for-you smoothies and food with a tropical twist, recently named Deborah von Kutzleben its new CMO, effective.

Von Kutzleben most recently served as vice president of brand strategy, advertising and menu at Arby’s.

Jun Chen – Glassdoor

Glassdoor, the worldwide leader in insights about jobs and companies, has recently appointed Jun Chen to Vice President, Information Technology & Security.

Chen is a senior operating executive with 25+ years of experience delivering IT and cyber security solutions to Fortune 100, highly regulated global brands.

Christina Loh – Zwift

Zwift is a massively multiplayer online cycling and running physical training program that enables users to interact, train and compete in a virtual world. Christina Loh joined Zwift as the SVP of Supply Chain and recently was featured in our “DEI in the ON community” video series where she spoke about importance of diversity in the supply chain function.

Madhu Venkatesh – Kapwing

Kapwing, a creative software company that enables digital storytelling, recently appointed Madhu Venkatesh as Vice President, Engineering.

Venkatesh is an experience senior leader who is able to combine business knowledge and technical skills to identify and deliver value. Madhu joins Kapwing after decades of leading and growing engineering teams. She most recently led video engineering at Udemy and saw the need for great multimedia creation tools for educator as the Head of Learn and Media Engineering and Head of Platform Engineering.

Janelle Sallenave – Intelycare

IntelyCare, the largest staffing platform for nursing professionals seeking post-acute per-diem positions, added a new director to its board: Janelle Sallenave, a former Uber executive who built Uber Eats into the largest food delivery service in the country.

Lisa Lewis – Blume Global

Blume Global, a leading provider of supply chain technology solutions, has recently appointed Lisa Lewis as vice president of customer success. Lewis will pick up the customer journey after implementations, providing ongoing support for customers and ensuring a continued successful relationship.

Annie Joe – Logitech

Logitech, a world leader in products that connect people in a natural, intuitive way to the digital experiences they care about, appointed Annie Joe as Head of Global Supply Chain. She will aid in Logitech’s growth and scalability with world-class supply chain providers.
