Since joining ON Partners in 2019 as a consultant, Peters has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s private equity and venture capital practices, focusing on software and consumer organizations and expanding its presence in the digital infrastructure space.
Peters has quickly earned a reputation for delivering exceptional results, having successfully completed over 80 executive searches for growth-focused organizations. His expertise spans C-level and VP-level placements across engineering, product, IT, finance, and operations functions. Notable clients include ButterflyMX, Wolfspeed, CKE Restaurants, Stack Infrastructure, SIB, and others.
