At ON Partners, we have the privilege to partner with and place executive women leaders across a range of industries.  Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate several of the women executives who made big moves this past year.

 


International Women’s Day is a day to celebrate the achievements of female leaders across the world. As a values-driven executive search firm, ON Partners believes a better experience starts with a more diverse experience. We understand that our role in placing female senior executives and board members is an important driver of organizational change.

Today, we’d like to recognize and celebrate a few of the women leaders in the ON Community that have made great strides and big changes this past year in high-level, executive roles for leading organizations. And, we wish all the female leaders across our community and the world who are forging change and increasing visibility a very happy International Women’s Day.

Janet Heins – CISO at iHeartMedia

iHeartMedia, the #1 audio company in America, appointed Janet Heins, CISSP, to Chief Information Security Officer in 2020.  Janet is a proactive and strategic IT Leader with a bold vision, coupled with a diverse set of abilities to drive improvements in all information technology functions.

Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Janet was the CISO for Royal Caribbean Group.

Erin Chin – CMO, Streamers and Collaborators at Logitech

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI), a multi-brand company designing products that bring people together through music, gaming, video, and computing, appointed Erin Chin to Chief Marketing Officer, Streamers & Creators in late 2020.

Before joining Logitech, Erin was the Head of Brand Communications & Consumer Engagement – Mountain Dew for PepsiCo. Prior to that, she ran marketing for Proximo Spirits, leading all aspects from strategy and multi-discipline execution for premium to ultra-premium spirits brands spanning the Tequila, Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, and Gin categories.

Tanya Clark Robinson – CPO at Segra

Segra, one of the largest fiber infrastructure network companies in the Eastern U.S., announced the appointment of Tanya Clark Robinson as Chief People Officer in Q4 2020. This is a new position in the company as Segra builds further organizational depth in order to accommodate the increasing demand for its products and services.

Before Segra, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Aetna, where she was accountable for the design and execution of talent strategies across various client areas, most recently serving as the lead human resources executive for the acquisition by CVS integration.

Ann Gugino – CFO at Papa John’s

Papa John’s International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA) announced the appointment of Ann Gugino as Chief Financial Officer in late 2020.

Ann joins Papa John’s from Target Corporation and brings over 20 years of financial management, planning, and strategic expertise. As a key member of Papa John’s Executive Leadership Team, she will help build and implement the company’s long-term plans for profitable growth and shareholder value creation.

Ehrika Gladden – Head of Global Video Collaboration, Sales and Marketing at Logitech

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI), a multi-brand company designing products that bring people together through music, gaming, video, and computing, appointed Ehrika Gladden Head of Global Video Collaboration, Sales and Marketing in early 2020.

Ehrika comes to Logitech with over two decades of experience leading global businesses and go-to-market organizations.  Most recently, she was the head of Cisco Refresh, a multi-million dollar line of business for Cisco Capital Corporation.

Helen Hong – VP, Supply Chain at Mechanix Wear

Mechanix Wear, a global leader in the design and manufacture of premium work gloves and part of the Gryphon Investors portfolio, appointed Helen Hong to Vice President, Supply Chain in 2020.

As VP, Supply Chain, Helen oversees the global supply chain and operations for Mechanix Wear, including integrated business planning, demand planning, procurement, supply planning, and inventory management. Helen joined Mechanix Wear from K-Swiss Global Brands where she served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain.

Monique Bonner – Board Advisory Member at Agero

Agero (formerly Cross Country Automotive Services), a $1B+ provider of next-gen driver assistance services, has appointed Monique Bonner to the Agero Advisory Board in 2020.

Monique is currently Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Akamai, where she is dually focused on driving growth and operational excellence. She leads Akamai’s marketing efforts globally including brand, communications, field, and digital marketing, as well as the company’s sales and services training and enablement programs.

Lisa Campbell – CFO at Neighborhoods.com

Neighborhoods.com, a leading operator of specialized online real estate marketplaces, appointed Lisa Campbell as chief financial officer. Campbell is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting, licensing and compliance, accounting, and risk management.

For nearly two decades, Campbell served as vice president of finance at Cars.com, a publicly-traded automotive marketplace where buyers and sellers can find their perfect automotive match. Most recently, she served as the vice president of finance at Cooler Screens, Inc., a manufacturer of in-store digital merchandising for retailers.

Allison Sitch – VP, Communications & Public Relations at Frontdoor

Frontdoor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FTDR), the nation’s leading provider of home service plans, appointed Allison Sitch to Vice President, Communications & Public Relations in late 2020.

Allison Sitch was most recently at Marriott International where she served as VP, Public Relations, The Americas.  At Marriott, Sitch spearheaded comprehensive public relations strategies for territories and assets across the Americas, and delivered support to key business objectives, driving reputable brand associations for Marriott International and thirty hotel brands.

Emily Ketchen – CMO & VP, PC and Smart Devices at Lenovo

Lenovo (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY), a US$50 billion Fortune Global 500 company, has appointed Emily Ketchen to Chief Marketing Officer & VP, PC and Smart Devices.
