ON Partners, a pure-play retained executive search firm building diverse C-level and board leadership teams announced the firm has been listed on the 2023 Best Places to Work list by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The contest is measured by employees and honors superior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.

The annual list of the Best Places to Work was created by Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with Quantum Workplaces. The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees, known as employee engagement.
