Maysteel, a leader in the manufacturing industry backed by Littlejohn Capital, LLC., is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Kaull as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Todd Kaull is a strategic Manufacturing and Operations Executive with a track record of excellence in defining and executing global manufacturing and operational strategies. He possesses a remarkable talent for elevating operational performance and cultivating high-caliber teams. Todd is an expert in lean manufacturing, adept at optimizing capacity utilization, enhancing operational metrics, and fostering employee engagement.
He joins Maysteel from Columbus McKinnon where he served as the VP of Operations, Precision Conveyance leading the Precision Conveyance Groups operational strategy with facilities in Mexico, New Jersey and Wisconsin. Prior to that, he was the Vice President ,Global Operations at Dorner Mfg. Corp.
Todd earned his BS, Industrial Technology – Manufacturing Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Stout and his MBA from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
