Scott Gebicke Appointed New Chief Operating Officer at Mainspring Energy
Mainspring Energy, a manufacturer of innovative, flexible, low-emissions onsite power solutions, rapidly adds new power capacity and delivers reliable, affordable, and clean electric power, appointed Scott Gebicke as Chief Operating Officer.
Scott joins Mainspring from his role as CEO of Mighty Buildings, an Oakland-based housing company focused on materials science and 3D printing. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, and strategic operations.
Previously, Scott held executive roles at Jabil over an 11-year tenure, including President of the Industrial Division and Jabil Defense & Aerospace. He led global P&Ls and was instrumental in driving customer success, manufacturing innovation, and large-scale strategic execution. Earlier in his career, he was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company in the Industrial High Tech practice, working in both London and San Francisco, and served for seven years as a U.S. Naval officer.
Scott holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Engineering & Economics from Vanderbilt University.
