Mainline Information Systems Appoints Dan Rashba as New Chief Financial Officer, Phillip O’Konski as Vice President, Managed Services, and Chris Hoke as Vice President, Cyber Security.
Mainline Information Systems, a leading national provider of IT solutions and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Rashba as its new Chief Financial Officer, Phillip O’Konski as Vice President, Managed Services, and Chris Hoke as Vice President, Cyber Security.
With over 20 years of experience in finance, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in controlling, financial systems, analytics and insights, forecasting, and internal control and risk management. Rashba’s extensive background spans roles in both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in various financial domains. Prior to joining Mainline®, Rashba served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at TD SYNNEX, where he focused on driving transformational change, fostering innovative strategic thinking, designing robust financial systems and operations, and building high-performing teams through servant leadership.
Dan holds a CPA in the state of Massachusetts, earned his MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts, and received his bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island. His extensive experience in building financial systems and leading transformational change has consistently resulted in high-performing teams and successful financial outcomes.

Phillip O’Konski joins Mainline from Insight Solutions where he served as the Director of Solution Sales. There he was responsible for pre-sales solutions for Insight’s Services portfolio. Additionally, he has held innovative solutions and services leadership roles at Datalink and Midwave.
O’Konski earned his BS, Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from University of MInnesota.
Chris Hoke brings over a decade of information security experience in security program development, regulatory compliance, incident response, and technical threat assessment. Prior to joining Mainline, he served as the Director, Information Security for Mutal of Omaha Insurance Company and Deputy CISO for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.
He holds a MBA, a Masters Degree in MIS with an emphasis in Information Assurance from the Peter Kiewit Institute at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is a SANS Institute mentor.
