Lynda Robey Joins ON Partners as Partner
Consumer and digital vet joins fastest growing top-20 retained executive search firm’s expanding consumer practice
CLEVELAND–(BUSINESS WIRE)–January 26, 2020 – ON Partners, an experience-driven retained executive search firm, today announced Lynda Robey has joined the firm as a partner in its growing consumer practice. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Robey brings over 20 years of consumer services and digital experience placing board, C-suite and SVP/VP level executives with a strong diversity focus. She joins a team of search consultants who are leading the firm’s consumer success – marked by 136% revenue growth in the last two years – for organizations such as ADT, Estėe Lauder, Papa John’s, Purple, Shake Shack, Lululemon and Yum! Brands.

Supporting private equity, Fortune 500 and market disruptor clients, she placed leaders with expertise in leveraging data and technology to launch new offerings, build loyalty and differentiate brands through customer experience.
