ON Search Partners, the results-driven retained executive search firm, is pleased to announce Leonard Vairo has joined the firm as Partner. Lenny will be based in the recently established Boston office.
Backed with twenty years of executive search experience, Lenny’s practice focuses on the technology and business services industry across CEO, Board of Director and senior-level executive assignments. He has also developed one of the premier Financial Officer practices in the industry with clients spanning large public companies and private equity-backed businesses ranging from turnaround situations to emerging growth businesses.
Lenny joined ONSP from Russell Reynolds Associates where he was a Partner for 10 years and well recognized for client satisfaction and quality. Previously, he helped to build another premier technology search firm, led a start-up venture to revenue of more than $22 million in 2 years, and also enjoyed a successful 15-year career in finance, sales and general management with Fortune 100 companies.
Lenny received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
